At the height of the average British woman, Tiernan Douieb has never grown up physically and his show deals with how his behaviour hasn’t matured much either. Well, that and zombies of course.
I would challenge anyone not to warm to Tiernan’s boyish enthusiasm.
He has an easy rapport with the audience and his gags provided plenty of laughs for the sell out crowd. Tiernan covers everything from funk music and marriage to being an insulin dependent diabetic and, despite his apologies at the top of the show to anyone expecting a show entirely about zombies (what with the show title and the fact the poster is covered in the undead), there is just enough zom-com to keep everyone happy.
In addition to his solo show, Tiernan is also compering a number of Comedy 4 Kids shows, 6pm daily at The Bongo Club. Catch him while you can.
